My exercise before Kathy was walks with my dog and inconsistent exercises found online. Now I see Kathy twice a week for one hour sessions with an emphasis on strength and balance plus cardio. As we know, these issues are extremely important for an 84 year old woman like me. Getting older can’t be stopped….but, with Kathy’s guidance, I am noticing that I am less fearful of falling, I feel stronger and my balance has improved. Exercising in the past did not include why it was necessary. Kathy explains the whys, is encouraging and has a plan ready for the hour each time I see her and always demonstrates the exercise and is vigilant that I do them correctly.. Kathy is a life changer for me.

I highly recommend Kathy MacKenzie. She’s great to work with especially if you are new to strength training - as I was. She’s encouraging and gives great feedback but also challenges you to try things you might think you wouldn’t be able to do.
