I offer mobility, strength, cardio, balance and agility programs. We will use weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, balance and agility equipment, suspension cables and cardio equipment. The tools will be integrated into a program designed to meet your needs—whether you're just getting started or scaling to something bigger.

Our training sessions will be in my home. I combine years of training experience with a thoughtful approach that starts where you are in your journey to moving more. I will explain your personalized plan which I promise will be fun, challenging and rewarding.

Your first assessment is complimentary. If you choose to sign up to personal training sessions, I offer 45-60 minutes at a fixed price, with a montly cap. Included with personal training is an optional small group class which promises to be fun, challenging and inspiring. As a note, my pricing is set so the financial obligation is not a barrier to training.
